The Estate includes 8 buildings set in about 198ha of land, the cultural breakdown consists of: about 73ha arable land, about 12ha olive groves, about 25ha poplar grove and the remainder of woodland. The property is located in a hillside position with 360° views of the entire surrounding countryside consisting of vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees.
The main house, of about 1000 square meters, is currently used as an Agriturismo, on the ground floor there is a restaurant consisting of a large kitchen and 4 large rooms, one of which has a huge fireplace. From the entrance hall, equipped with a fireplace, is reachable though the stairs leading the upper floor. On the second floor, a hallway leads to the eleven rooms, each with its own bathroom. Behind the building is a swimming pool accompanied by five gazebos.
Not far from the main farmhouse there is a smaller farmhouse, about 300 square meters, recently renovated, divided into two apartments each with two bedrooms. Nearby there is a second swimming pool.
Halfway between the two buildings is a small farmhouse and a paddock. A little further on, about 500 meters away, is a group of buildings completely in need of renovation.
