In the enchanting hilly area of Capannori lies this beautiful Estate characterised by an unparalleled panoramic view over the plain of Lucca and surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, which make the area known throughout the world for its quality wine and olive oil production.
The Estate consists of two bodies: the main villa dating back to the end of the 18th century, which is on three levels, and a small stone farmhouse, with a total surface area of approximately 930 square metres. Covering an area of approximately 16 hectares, the land, which is predominantly south-facing with a terraced layout, includes a private garden with a splendid panoramic swimming pool and an equipped solarium area, and the rest is cultivated with approximately 450 olive trees in production and about 2300 vines.
The main house is on three levels and is currently arranged as follows: entrance hall with receptions, lounge, two large dining rooms with a magnificent panoramic view. On the upper floor are nine bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the basement floor are the kitchen and its appurtenances, a large living/living area, which also has wonderful windows that give brightness and panoramic views. From this level there is also access to the wonderful outdoor area.
The smaller house has two large suites. The buildings have been completely renovated and have retained typical features of the Lucchese countryside such as stone and brick exteriors and "mandolati".
