From the entrance hall, passing a few steps of a wide wooden staircase, it is possible to reach the wardrobe and the bathroom serving the ground floor. Through the same stairs leading to the wardrobe, you can also reach the second floor.
On the second floor there are: four bedrooms connected by a corridor with panoramic views and three bathrooms. In particular, the master bedroom, has: a bathroom with double sink and whirlpool tub and a closet room that offers access to a large terrace with panoramic views towards the city of Lucca.
It is possible to reach the basement either from the inside or from the outside; internal access is via the kitchen and it is by a spiral staircase. In the basement there is a study with a bathroom (which could become a bedroom with en suite bathroom), a closet/ironing room, a cellar and a big living room equipped with a kitchenette.
Access to the Villa is easy and is via an electric gate leading to a clearing where several cars can be parked.
